Launch Price and Use of Proceeds

We intend to launch at a launch price of 1.5 ETH (1.5 ether) with a secondary market royalty of 2.5%. At the time of writing, one ethereum is worth around $1,600 USD. The proceeds will be used to fund a treasury that will be used to onboard more partners, grow our brand and to provide rewards, airdrops, and other exclusive benefits to our holders. We are also required to pay the requisite taxes in accordance with any applicable tax laws. Expect nothing less than a fully functional business. We are not here to sell one-time-only jpegs! This membership is for a lifetime.
